Dr. Stephen E. LaFleur is a licensed and ordained Southern Baptist minister with over 40 years experience in a variety of staff positions in Texas, Louisiana and Arizona. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas, a Master's Degree in Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and a Doctorate in Theology from Slidell Seminary in Slidell, Louisiana.  He has provided counseling services to hundreds of families during the past 35+ years.

He is a published author for several award winning books (https://books.by/copernicus-publishing-usa), he holds a patent issued by the US Patent Office and has owned several multi-state financial service agencies. Dr. LaFleur worked as a management consultant for 20+ years with private and public corporations and government agencies. He received national recognition for his work on attachment theory and was recognized by a leading stock brokerage for his revolutionary stock trading techniques. He is the retired founder and board chairman of Outmate Outreach Prison Ministry & Training institute (2001).
